A new product born from a collaboration between Tetsu Kasuya, SIBARIST, and ORIGAMI: “TOS Aroma Carafe designed by SIBARIST.”
Tetsu Kasuya, the World Brewers Cup 2016 Champion, led the idea development and validation; the Barcelona-based coffee equipment brand SIBARIST handled concept planning and design; and ORIGAMI undertook the manufacturing of the product.
By “capturing, concentrating, and releasing” the aroma of coffee, it delivers a richer experience at that very moment. It features an iconic, minimalist silhouette and an intuitively usable handle-less design.
The design brings a new presence to the coffee industry and is created to leave a lasting impression on those who hold it.
By setting the dedicated distributor onto the glass carafe, the brewed coffee does not fall straight down but instead flows beautifully along the inner walls of the carafe.
By reducing the surface area of the coffee exposed to air, the release of volatile aromatic compounds caused by agitation and oxidation is minimized, allowing the aroma to be firmly retained within the liquid.
The shower-like flow of coffee is also visually beautiful, making the brewing process itself enjoyable. Its design makes a strong impression in café operations and competition presentations alike.
The handle is made of silicone, offering both heat resistance and practical usability.

To maintain the beauty of the product and prevent coffee odors and staining, we recommend washing and drying it as soon as possible after use.
〈Cleaning Instructions〉
Add a small amount of mild detergent and gently wash with lukewarm water using a bottle brush.
Due to the narrow opening, we recommend using a wine decanter brush.
After washing, rinse thoroughly and dry the carafe upside down.
〈If Coffee Stains Are a Concern〉
Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to lukewarm water and soak for approximately 20–30 minutes.
Then, scrub well with a brush and rinse thoroughly.
〈Drying Instructions〉
After washing, drain off excess water and allow the carafe to air-dry upside down.
If the inside is difficult to dry, gently absorb the remaining moisture with a paper towel before drying.
〈Precautions for Use〉
Do not use metal scrubbers or abrasive sponges, as they may scratch the surface.
Sudden temperature changes may cause damage.
Carafe: Thermal shock resistance up to 120°C. Microwave- and dishwasher-safe.
Handle: If it becomes wet, please dry it thoroughly.
