- About date/time selection and delivery

- If you do not specify a desired delivery date and time, we will ship your order in the shortest possible time. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and peak season)
- We do not accept date and time specifications for purchases of new products or pre-order items.
- For orders eligible for corporate discounts, please specify your desired delivery date in the remarks section. You may select a date between 5 business days and 2 weeks from the order date.
- If you choose bank transfer, we will ship after confirming the payment.

- Gift Wrapping

Receipts can be downloaded as PDF files from the notification e-mail sent after the shipment is completed. (Japanese only)
- Cancellation or change of order

An order is complete when you click the “Complete Order” button on our online store.
To change your order or address, please cancel your order and place a new order. Orders can be canceled within one hour of placing the order.
Cancellation Request
Cancellations will not be accepted more than one hour after the order is placed.
