Returns and Exchanges at the Convenience of the Customer
Basically, we do not accept order cancellations, changes, or returns of delivered items due to customer reasons (different from what you expected, wrong order, etc.). Please understand this beforehand before placing an order.
Returns and exchanges due to product defects
If you have received an item that is different from the one you ordered, or if the item is damaged or has quality problems, we will accept returns according to the following procedures.
1) Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, first by e-mail with a photo of the product attached. firstname.lastname@example.org
2) We will send you the good and a return invoice (COD).
3) Please return any defective items received by mistake with a return invoice within 7 days of receipt.
Please dispose of damaged items.
However, returns or exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following apply
・If you use our products
・In case of loss of the delivery note
・If 10 days have elapsed after receipt of goods
Shipping charges for returns and exchanges
We will pay only if the product is different from the ordered product or if there is a quality problem such as damage to the product.
