- Returns or Changes Due to Customer's Convenience
- Basically, we do not accept order cancellations or changes due to customer's convenience (e.g. the delivered item is different from your expectation, you placed a wrong order) or returns of delivered items. Please check your order carefully before placing it.
- Returns or Changes of Defective Products
- If the delivered item is different from the one you ordered, or if there is any damage or other quality problem with the item, we will accept returns according to the following procedure.
1) Let us know by e-mail or phone within 3 days after you received the item.
2) Please kindly send back the non-defective item you received by cash-on-delivery within 7 days after the delivery.
Please dispose of if the delivered item is damaged.
3) We will send you a non-defective product. *The shipping fee for the change is borne by us.
However, we cannot accept returns or changes if any of the following applies.
・When the item is used.
・If you lost the delivery note
・When 10 days have passed since the delivery of the item.
- Shipping Fee for Returns or Changes
- The shipping fee for returns shall be borne by the customer.
However, it is borne by us if the delivered item is different from the one you ordered, or if there is any damage or other quality problem with the item.
