Orders on this website can be placed only from countries/regions where international EMS is available (June 13, 2022).

Shipping fees will be charged for each order. We do not accept combined shipping by additional orders.

Customs duties and other fees

The amount paid at the time of the order placement includes only the price of the goods and shipping fees. We do not charge customers any import taxes, VAT, or other fees. Depending on your country/region, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, etc. may be charged based on import regulations, and you will be responsible for these costs. Please contact your local post office or national trade office for details.

In addition, there may be a handling fee to be paid to the credit card company depending on your credit card. In addition to the price of the goods, we may charge customers a small amount through authorization. The authorization means that we check with the credit card issuer to see if the credit card presented by the customer is acceptable for payment. Once the credit card is turned to be acceptable, the charge will be canceled.

Change delivery date and time

We do not accept specifications of the delivery date.

In case of absence

If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, the deliverer will leave a delivery notice. Please apply for redelivery by yourself.The package will be kept for seven days from the date of first delivery, and will be returned to us when the above storage period expires.In order to redeliver the returned goods, you will be charged for return fee and another shipping fee. However, we may refuse to redeliver at our discretion. In this case, your order will be canceled.

Cancel or change order details

We do not accept any changes to order details (item, color, quantity, payment method, delivery address, etc.) after the order has been confirmed. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your order and place a new order. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be accepted. Orders placed through a forwarding service company and proxy receipt of goods

If you use a forwarding service company to ship your order overseas, we will not be responsible for any problems (damage, defects, or loss of goods, etc.) that occur between the shipment from us and the receipt. Customers are solely responsible for orders placed through a forwarding service company. We will not be responsible for tracking delivery status, inquiries in the event of loss, or refunds for damaged goods.We are also not responsible for delivery problems caused by a third party receiving goods on behalf of the customer.

Refusal to receive goods after shipment

If an order is shipped to a customer's address and then returned to us for some reason (refusal of receipt by the customer, the wrong address entered by the customer, etc.), we will not cancel the order or refund the price of the goods and shipping fees.
