About your order

Changing or Canceling Orders

Orders can be cancelled within one hour of placing an order in the following cases

・You made a mistake in your order
・You want to change your address
・I want to change the contents of my order

Cancellations will not be accepted more than one hour after the order has been placed.
If you forget to use the coupon, the coupon cannot be reused after cancellation.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
We do not accept any order cancellation, change, or return of delivered items due to customer's reasons (e.g., the item is not what you expected, you ordered the wrong item, etc.) after the item arrives at our store. Please understand this beforehand before placing an order.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to product defects
In case of product defects, please request a return/exchange at https://origamionlinestore.rcmr.io/. 
ORIGAMI Online Store customer support will contact you within 3 business days with instructions on how to return or exchange the product.After confirming the details of your return/exchange request, we will ship the replacement product as soon as it is ready.Please dispose of the defective item(s) at hand as there is no need to return it.

If you received the wrong product
Please request a return or exchange at https://origamionlinestore.rcmr.io/.
ORIGAMI Online Store customer support will contact you within 3 business days with return and exchange instructions.After confirming the details of your return/exchange request, we will ship the replacement product as soon as it is ready.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will send you information on the return shipping procedure by email after the application is approved.
Please use the Sagawa Express pickup service and complete the return shipping procedure.
We will bear the shipping and handling costs associated with the return shipment.
No return shipping is required for overseas shipments.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following apply
- Products purchased outside of the ORIGAMI Online Store (other e-commerce malls, retail stores, etc.)
- If the product has already been used- Replacement of products for the customer's own reasons (e.g., the product is not what you expected, you ordered the wrong product, etc.)
- If more than 10 days have elapsed since the product was received
- When the invoice is lost- If the product is returned to us for any reason, such as refusal of receipt at the customer's convenience, incorrect address entered by the customer, or exceeding the storage period
- Orders that have been placed through a third party such as a forwarding service company and have caused problems (damage or loss)- Returns due to shipping delays

Shipping charges for returns and exchanges
We will pay for shipping only if the product is different from the ordered product or if there is a quality problem such as damage to the product.

Wrapping and Noshi

Gift wrapping and noshi are not available. We recommend the purchase of a gift box or gift bag.

<Overseas>Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area. Please check the cart page.
Due to the current situation of the new coronavirus infection and the situation in Russia and Ukraine, there are some countries and regions where overseas delivery is not available. This site only allows orders from countries/regions where international EMS shipping is available at the time of order operation. (June 13, 2022)

About date/time selection and delivery

Delivery date and time cannot be specified if the delivery address is outside of Japan.
If you do not specify a preferred delivery date and time, we will ship your order in the shortest possible time. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and peak season)
We do not accept date and time specifications for purchases of new products or pre-order items.
If you choose bank transfer, we will ship after confirming the payment.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your requested delivery date and time due to shipping availability. Please be aware of this in advance.

Shipping Date

<Domestic>Shipment will be made within 3 business days.
If Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday is included in the order, the order will be shipped within 3 business days after the vacation. If you choose bank transfer, your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
<Overseas>Shipment will be made within 5 business days.

International Shipping Area

Please check our Shipping Policy for available delivery areas.

We do not accept any specification or change of delivery service provider.
Due to contractual reasons with our distributors, we are unable to ship to the following areas from our e-commerce site.
China, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Please contact to the distributor directly.

For domestic business use

Please click "Application for Review" at the bottom and fill in the required information. After the screening, the management will contact you. (We will not be able to respond to inquiries regarding the screening decision.)

■Transaction conditions*.
1) 30% discount is available for orders of 30,000 yen or more (pre-discount price).
2) Please place an order for no more than 10 pieces of one shape and one color at a time, for a total of no more than 50 pieces.

You can order directly from this site (ORIGAMI EC site).

■Transaction Flow

■Transaction Conditions
1) EC site cannot purchase products in countries where there is a distributor due to contracts with the distributor*.
Please contact the distributor directly.
*Wholesale prices are available only for countries where there is no distributor, and for countries where there is a distributor but the distributor does not have the product in stock.

2) 20% discount is applied to orders of 100,000 yen or more and less than 500,000 yen (undiscounted price) under the terms and conditions of the transaction.

3) Purchases of 500,000 yen or more (undiscounted price) will be treated as large lots. We will guide you by e-mail separately.


4) Shipping within 10~15 business days

Request for logo/name imprinting

<Domestic>
We accept lot orders from 100 pieces per shape and color.
Example: 8oz cup white 100 pieces...OK  
8oz cup white x 50, red x 50 = 100 pieces...NG
・Sales charge: 15,000 yen per plate per color.
 Example: Logo color white + red: 30,000 yen
・Unit price: 80% of the retail price (excluding tax) per piece (approximate, including labor) Including labor charge)
 Example: 100 white 8oz cups with 1 logo color: 104,000 yen
※The above is an example. Unit price varies depending on the design. Please contact us for an estimate.
・Shipping fee is free for orders over 20,000 yen.

<Overseas>
We accept lot sizes from 300 pieces per shape and color.
Example: 8oz cup white 300 pieces...OK 8oz cup white x 150, red x 150 = 300 pieces...NG
Sales charge: 15,000 yen per plate per color.

*For overseas orders, delivery time is expected to be 6 months or longer due to make-to-order production.

Request for OEM

Currently we do not accept new shape or color change.

About our products

Individual differences in products due to the characteristics of ceramics.

The following phenomena may occur even in products that are inspected and shipped as good products. Please be aware that this is unavoidable due to the manufacturing process and that it is a characteristic of the product. Please read [Characteristics of Ceramics] before purchasing.

About out of stock items

Only items in stock can be ordered; we do not accept pre-orders for items not in stock on the origami site, so please use the arrival notification on the product page.
If you are ordering with a corporate discount and the product you want is out of stock on the site or the quantity is insufficient, please click the "Add to Quote" button on the product page, add the product and quantity you want, and send us a request for quotation.
Our staff will inform you of the stock and delivery date within 5 business days.
If the product is not in stock at our warehouse, you will not be able to purchase it, and you will have to wait for a notification from us by clicking the "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" link on the product page.
