注文確定後の配送日時の変更はできません。発送完了後にお送りする配送通知メールをご確認いただき、お客様自身で配達業者に連絡の上変更してください。

配送時にご不在の場合は、配達業者が不在通知を残しますので、お客様にて再配達のお手続きをお願いします。また荷物の保管期限は初回配達日より7日間となっており、保管期限が切れた場合は、弊社に返送されます。

返送された商品の再発送は、新たに返送料と配送料が発生致します。但し、弊社の判断により再発送をお断りする場合がございます。この場合ご注文はキャンセルとなり、返金は致しかねます。
