Payment of Customs Duties and Import Taxes for International Shipping
United States:
With the introduction of DHL's DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, customs duties and import fees are included in the amount paid on this site. Therefore, you do not need to pay duties or taxes yourself upon receipt in the United States.
Please note the following in advance:

The amount paid at this online store includes only the product price and shipping fees.
If the product is returned to our store because payment of customs duties was refused, we will only refund the product price minus the shipping costs.

Returns
We take every precaution with the products we deliver. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product different from the one ordered, or if there is product damage or a quality issue, we will exchange it for the same product.
