Wooden dripper holder: Acacia wood, lacquer coating / Made in China
Because natural materials are used, there may be uneven coloring due to wood grain or paint, and the surface may be rough.

Dripper: heat resistant up to 120°C, microwave and dishwasher safe
Wooden dripper holder: Not dishwasher-safe. For maintenance after use, rinse with water, wipe dry, and dry thoroughly.

Customs duties and other charges

By introducing DHL’s DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, customs duties and import-related fees are included in the total amount paid on our website.
Therefore, for deliveries to the United States, customers are not required to pay any customs duties or taxes at the time of delivery.

In our online store, you pay only the price of the product and shipping costs.
If the shipment is returned to us due to refusal to pay import duties, only the product price minus shipping costs will be refunded.
Since customs duties are determined by local customs, we cannot guarantee the exact information or amount of any customs duty payments.

Returns
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products; however, if you receive an item different from what you ordered, or if the product is damaged or has a quality issue, we will offer an exchange for the same item.
