The asymmetrical shape of the cup's rim thickness changes the way you feel the flavor depending on where you sip the coffee. Flavor and acidity are more easily felt at the thin rim, while body and texture come through more clearly when you drink from the thicker rim.
The shape of the drinking spout fits either way, so you can enjoy a stable and delicious cup of coffee no matter where you drink it from. When serving at competitions or in coffee shop, it will be possible to suggest different drinking spout depending on the type of bean, roasting, milk beverage, or other characteristics of the drink.

Returns and exchanges due to product defects
If you have received an item that is different from the one you ordered, or if the item is damaged or has quality problems, we will accept returns according to the following procedures.
1) Please notify us first by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the product.
2) We will send you a new item and an invoice for return shipment.
3) Please return any defective items received by mistake with a return invoice within 7 days of receipt.
