Customs duties and other charges
United States:
By introducing DHL’s DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, customs duties and import-related fees are included in the total amount paid on our website.
Therefore, for deliveries to the United States, customers are not required to pay any customs duties or taxes at the time of delivery.

Import duties, value-added taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
In our online store, you pay only the price of the product and shipping costs.
If the shipment is returned to us due to refusal to pay import duties, only the product price minus shipping costs will be refunded.
Since customs duties are determined by local customs, we cannot guarantee the exact information or amount of any customs duty payments.

You may select a delivery date from 3 business days after shipment up to 2 weeks in advance.

Please note that we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates for international shipments.

Returns
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products; however, if you receive an item different from what you ordered, or if the product is damaged or has a quality issue, we will offer an exchange for the same item.
