Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is completed for shipment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, and peak seasons).
International
Orders will be shipped within approximately 5 business days after payment is completed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, and peak seasons).

Customs duties and other charges
United States:
By introducing DHL’s DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, customs duties and import-related fees are included in the total amount paid on our website.
Therefore, for deliveries to the United States, customers are not required to pay any customs duties or taxes at the time of delivery.

In rare cases, you may be requested to provide additional information during customs clearance, depending on the inspection status and the decision of local customs authorities or the delivery carrier.

Import duties, value-added taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
In our online store, you pay only the price of the product and shipping costs.
If the shipment is returned to us due to refusal to pay import duties, only the product price minus shipping costs will be refunded.
Since customs duties are determined by local customs, we cannot guarantee the exact information or amount of any customs duty payments.
You can usually find out the import restrictions in your country by visiting official government websites, so we recommend that you check before placing your order.
Preferred Delivery Date

You may select a delivery date from 3 business days after shipment up to 2 weeks in advance.

International
Please note that we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates for international shipments.
Returns
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products; however, if you receive an item different from what you ordered, or if the product is damaged or has a quality issue, we will offer an exchange for the same item.
If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
