Q About change / cancellation of order contents
Customers who have registered an account with ORIGAMI EC can apply for cancellation on the account page only before shipping.
If you do not have an account, you can cancel it from the account page after creating an account.

We do not accept changes to the order details (product, color, quantity, payment method, delivery address, etc.) after the order is confirmed. If you wish to change it, please cancel your order and place your order again.
Q, About returns and exchanges
After the product arrives, we do not accept any cancellation or change of the order due to customer's convenience (unexpected, wrong order, etc.) or return of the delivered product. Please be aware of this before ordering.
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if there is a damage or quality problem with the product, we will accept returns or exchanges according to the following procedure.

- Within 3 days after the item arrives, please first attach a photo and let us know by email.
