On May 18, 2025, a launch event for the upcoming Harmony Cup, scheduled for release in September this year, was held in Jakarta, Indonesia at Common Grounds Terra & Menteng Tennis Club.
The Harmony Cup is a collaborative product developed with Ryan Wibawa, the 3rd place winner of the 2024 World Brewers Cup.
The venue, Common Grounds Terra & Menteng Tennis Club, offers a unique experience where a coffee shop is paired with an adjacent tennis court—a truly one-of-a-kind setting.
A Side-by-Side Experience with ORIGAMI Cups
A total of 30 pre-registered guests attended the event. They enjoyed a tasting experience comparing the Harmony Cup with previous ORIGAMI cups.
The event featured a presentation by ORIGAMI staff, introducing the brand’s manufacturing process and background story.
Additionally, Yasuo Suzuki from TRUNK COFFEE performed a live coffee brewing demonstration. He also hosted a talk session on how different cups affect coffee flavors. Attendees listened while tasting the coffee themselves, making for an immersive and educational experience.
The coffee served during the event wasCOLOMBIA Mikava Geisha
the same variety used by Taiwan’s Sherry, the winner of the 2022 World Brewers Cup. Known for its sweetness and a clean, lingering finish, the coffee perfectly complemented the experience.

Participants recorded their flavor impressions on tasting sheets and shared feedback with one another.
It was like a cupping session, but with a twist—evaluating not just the coffee, but also the cups themselves. The session was lively and interactive.
