Recipe
1 Fill a glass with ice, add gin and tonic water, and stir gently.
2 Add 3 g of matcha to a katakuchi matcha bowl, pour in 30 ml of hot water, and whisk the matcha.
3 Pour the whisked matcha into the glass.
