
Matcha Beer
Add a refined Japanese twist to a refreshing beer.
The crispness of beer remains intact, while matcha adds a subtle bitterness and smooth depth to the flavor.

Ingredients (1 serving)
Matcha
Hot water
Beer
1~1.5g
1 tablespoon (around 80°C)
1 bottle (330 ml) — Pilsner or lager is recommended.
Recipe
1 Add 1–1.5 g of matcha to a katakuchi matcha bowl, pour in 1 tablespoon of hot water, and whisk the matcha.
2 Pour the beer into a glass, being careful not to create too much foam.
3 Gently pour the matcha over the top of the beer. Your matcha beer is ready.
