Ingredients (1 serving)
Matcha
Hot water
Milk or plant-based milk
Strawberry syrup
2 g (about 1 teaspoon)
20 ml (around 80°C)
150~200ml
to taste
Recipe
1 Add ice and strawberry syrup to a glass, then pour in the milk.
2 Add 2 g of matcha to a katakuchi matcha bowl, pour in the hot water, and whisk the matcha.
3 Pour the whisked matcha over the milk mixture.
