Please note that all dates and times mentioned below are in Japan Standard Time (JST / UTC+9).

■Regarding Shipping of Orders Placed Before the Summer Holiday
・Orders placed by Sunday, August 2 will be shipped before the holiday (both domestic and international).
・For domestic orders placed by Sunday, August 2 with bank transfer as the payment method, please complete the transfer by the morning of Thursday, August 6.
・If you wish to specify a delivery date during the summer holiday, please place your order by Sunday, August 2.

*Delivery may be delayed until after the holiday period depending on order volume and transportation conditions.
*For delivery date requests made during the holiday period, delivery may not arrive on the specified date depending on the carrier’s delivery status.
*Please note that delivery date requests are not available for international shipments.
*Orders and payments received after the dates listed above will be shipped sequentially starting Monday, August 17, after the holiday period.
*Please note that due to high volume in shipping and delivery operations, we cannot accept delivery date requests for orders placed on or after Friday, August 7, during the period from Monday, August 17, to Sunday, August 23.

Following our announcement regarding the summer holiday, we are currently making a temporary change to our shipping schedule.
Shipping within 5 business days of the order date → Changed to shipping within 7 business days (excluding holidays)

■Regarding Customer Support During the Summer Holiday
Our customer support desk will be closed from Saturday, August 8, 2026, through Sunday, August 16, 2026.
We accept emails 24 hours a day during the holiday period, but please note that we will respond after the holiday ends.
