We would like to inform you about our summer holiday schedule and shipping arrangements before the holidays.
We will be closed during the following period:
Summer Holiday Period
From Saturday, August 9, 2025, to Sunday, August 17, 2025
Regarding Shipping of Orders Before Summer Holidays:
-Orders placed by Tuesday, August 5 Orders placed by Tuesday, August 5 will be shipped before the holidays (both domestic and international).
-For domestic orders with payment by bank transfer, please complete the transfer by the morning of Thursday, August 7.
-For specified delivery dates during the summer holidays, please place your order by the following dates:
Orders to Okinawa and Hokkaido: by Monday, August 4
Orders to other domestic destinations: by Tuesday, August
*Delivery may be delayed after the holidays depending on order status and transportation conditions.
*Please note that specified delivery dates during the holidays may not be guaranteed depending on the delivery company's schedule.
*For international shipments, specified delivery dates are not available.
*Orders and payments received after the above dates will be shipped sequentially starting from Monday, August 18, after the holidays.
*Due to high shipping volumes, from Friday, August 8 onwards, specified delivery date requests cannot be accommodated until Sunday, August 24. Please be aware of this.
Following the announcement of our summer holiday schedule, we would like to inform you that shipping dates will temporarily change from Thursday, July 24, 2025, to Sunday, September 7, 2025.
Orders will now be shipped within 5 business days instead of the usual 3 business days from the order date.
