We would like to inform you of our summer holiday and shipping schedule before the holidays.
We regret to inform you that we will be closed during the following period.
Summer vacation period: August 10 (Sat), 2024 - August 14 (Wed), 2024
■ Shipment of Orders before the Summer Holidays ■
-Orders received by August 4 (Sun) will be shipped before the holiday. (Domestic, Overseas)
-We kindly request that for domestic orders placed by August 4 (Sun), payment be transferred by the morning of August 8 (Thu), if the payment method is by bank transfer.
-In the case of specifying the date of arrival during the summer holidays, please place your order by the following dates.
Orders for shipment to Okinawa and Hokkaido by Tuesday, July 30
Orders for domestic shipments other than the above must be placed by Thursday, August 1.
*Items may be delivered after the holidays due to order status and traffic conditions.
*Please note that the specified date of arrival during the holidays may not arrive depending on the delivery status of the shipping company.
*Please note that we are not able to specify the arrival date for overseas shipments.
*Orders received after the above date will be shipped sequentially from August 15 (Thu) after the holidays.
*Orders placed after August 4 (Sun) will not be accepted from August 15 (Thu) to August 21 (Wed) due to shipping and delivery congestion.
Following the summer holiday notice, we have decided to temporarily change the shipping date during the following period.
July 25, 2024 (Thu) - August 23, 2024 (Fri):
Shipment within 3 business days from the date of order ➝ Changed to within 5 business days.
