■ Shipping Before the Holiday (Domestic)

＜Shipping before the holiday＞
・Customers paying by credit card or bank transfer: Orders placed by April 26 (Sun) will be shipped before the holiday.
・For bank transfers, please complete payment by April 28 (Tue).
・If you wish to receive your order during the holiday period, please place your order by the morning of April 23 (Thu).

*Delivery may be delayed until after the holiday depending on traffic conditions and order volume.
*Requested delivery dates during the holiday period may not be guaranteed depending on shipping conditions.
*Delivery date specification is not available for international shipments.
*Orders placed after the afternoon of April 23 (Thu) will not be eligible for delivery date specification between May 11 (Mon) and May 17 (Sun).

■ Shipping After the Holiday

Orders placed between May 2 (Sat) and May 17 (Sun) will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) due to high order volume.

■ Customer Support During Golden Week ■
Our customer support will be closed during the following period: May 2 (Sat) – May 10 (Sun), 2026.
We will continue to accept inquiries via email during this period; however, responses will be provided after the holiday.
