From October 7, 2024, we will be changing our method of accepting returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Returns and Exchanges

Before change: Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product by email to shop-origami@k-aijp.com with a photo of the product attached.

After the change:
Please apply for an exchange using the application form within 10 days of receiving the product. Please check the URL of the dedicated form in the Return Policy after October 7.

Cancellation

Before change: Cancellations can be made from the account page only before shipment.

After the change:
Orders can be cancelled within one hour of placing an order via the application form.
The URL for the application form can be found on your account page and in your order confirmation email.
In case of the following reasons, please cancel the order and place a new order.

• Wrong order
  
• Change address
  
• Change the contents of the order
  

*If you forget to use the coupon, the coupon cannot be reused after cancellation.

Cancellations will not be accepted after 1 hour of order placement.
Please note that changes to order details or address cannot be accepted.
